Return & Refund Policy

At LushLift, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must include original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain intimate apparel items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used items
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • Incorrect product received
  • Manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
