Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to guarantee reshipment or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lushlift™ is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, feel free to reach out to us at lovelushlift@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
